Staff Software Engineer - Lifecycle Management

Overview

Staff Software Engineer for the Onboarding and Lifecycle Management (LCM) Platform team, building and maintaining cloud services for importing, syncing, and provisioning identities and access policies.

What you'll do

• Design and implement LCM platform infrastructure features.
• Enhance services for importing, syncing, and provisioning identities and access policies.
• Troubleshoot customer issues by debugging from logs including Splunk and Syslogs.
• Implement features with functional and unit tests plus monitoring and alerts.
• Conduct design and code reviews, analyze issues, and perform performance tuning.
• Prototype quickly to validate scale and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to more junior engineers.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software development in Java.
• Prefer significant experience with SCIM and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years building services, internal tools, and frameworks.
• 2+ years automating and deploying large-scale production services in AWS, GCP, or similar.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies including caching, stream processing, and resilient architectures.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and work with distributed teams.
