Overview

Capco is hiring a Java IBM OpenPages Developer to design, build and improve OpenPages customizations, working closely with QA, product and compliance teams on secure, scalable fintech solutions.

What you'll do

• Analyze requirements to auto-update risk records based on assessment changes.
• Develop triggers to validate lifecycle status transitions.
• Create helper classes to retrieve related child records and calculate risk scores.
• Fix production issues where trigger logic fails during bulk data updates.
• Coordinate with QA to validate Java customizations in UAT.
• Review deployment logs and support release migration to production.
• Document technical design and customization details.

What you'll need

• 3-5+ years of experience in IBM OpenPages.
• 3-5+ years of experience in IBM OpenPages with strong customization experience.
• Strong hands-on Java experience in OpenPages customization.
• Direct project experience in trigger development.
• Direct project experience in helper class development.
• Direct project experience in Java-based validations and automation.
• Ability to understand business requirements and independently convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution capability.
• Strong experience with AI tools and implementations.

Details

• Location: Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chennai, Mumbai or Hyderabad.
• Hybrid: 2 days a week from office.
