Jr. Billing cum Costing Engineer – Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) ( Ahmedabad, Trivandrum & Mangalore)

Overview

Jr. Billing cum Costing Engineer (Passenger Terminal Building – PTB) supports project billing, quantity verification, cost control, budget monitoring, and commercial documentation for PTB and related airport infrastructure systems.

What you'll do

• Review, verify, and process contractor, consultant, and vendor bills per contract provisions.
• Prepare and verify RA bills, payment certificates, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Review bills against BOQs, drawings, specifications, measurements, and contract requirements.
• Maintain billing registers, quantity records, payment trackers, and cost control records.
• Monitor expenditure, commitments, variations, and payment status against budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams for measurement and billing needs.
• Prepare periodic billing, cost control, and commercial reports; support audits and discrepancy resolution.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quantity surveying, commerce, finance, construction management, or related discipline.
• Overall 10–15 years of experience in billing, quantity surveying, cost control, project costing, or commercial management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in passenger terminals and associated infrastructure / airport systems through EPC or PMC.
• Experience in contractor billing, budget monitoring, measurement verification, variation management, and contract administration.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, BOQs, rate analysis, and commercial procedures.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and cost management tools knowledge.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under demanding schedules.
