Jr. Project Control Engineer – Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) ( Ahmedabad & Trivandrum)

Overview

Jr. Project Control Engineer for Passenger Terminal Building (PTB) planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost tracking/control, forecasting, risk management, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated PTB schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare and update baseline schedules, detailed work programmes, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
• Analyze schedule variances and support impact assessments for changes, delays, and recovery measures.
• Monitor progress vs approved baselines and consolidate inputs from multidisciplinary PTB teams.
• Track milestones, interfaces, testing/commissioning activities, and handover targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI/management summaries.
• Support cost tracking, Earned Value Management (EVM), and performance reporting.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation projects involving airport terminal buildings and associated infrastructure.
• Overall 10–15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, and cost management.
• Experience maintaining integrated project schedules, reporting systems, and progress monitoring frameworks.
• Working knowledge of EVM, risk management, forecasting techniques, and schedule performance analysis.
• Skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related discipline.
