Junior Associate Stores

Overview

Junior Associate Stores at nVent, responsible for receiving, issuing and tracking inventory and raw materials in a manufacturing stores environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare GRN (goods received notes) without error.
• Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory.
• Ensure physical verification and tracking of inward items.
• Ensure on-time, error-free issuance of raw materials to production.
• Handle outsourcing parts.
• Ensure 5S and safety.
• Prepare and execute inventory reports.
• Ensure regular maintenance of physical stock.
• Receive supplier materials and handle loading and unloading.

What you'll need

• University graduate.
• 3 to 4 years of experience handling stores processes in any manufacturing industry.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication with customers, vendors, CHA and freight forwarders.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
• Documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Problem-solving and escalation management.
• Tools: MS Office.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge.
