Junior Business Intelligence Specialist

Overview

Junior Business Intelligence Specialist responsible for managing Business Intelligence across Cash & Credit, including standard MIS reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and automation.

What you'll do

• Build, publish, and upgrade a standard reporting framework for Cash & Credit teams with data visualization.
• Develop and implement VBA macros or small automations as needed.
• Develop and implement reporting and performance dashboards with insights and visualization.
• Design and enhance data architecture and reporting systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to retrieve data efficiently.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Min 4–5 years demonstrable experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (preferably in O2C, credit risk, or financial services).
• Proficiency in SAP modules (SAP BW, SAP HANA) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
