Senior Account Manager - Business Intelligence

Overview

Execution-focused role developing and maintaining client-facing dashboards and internal reporting in AWS QuickSight for digital advertising analytics.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards in AWS QuickSight.
• Build and update datasets, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and visualizations.
• Translate business and marketing requirements into dashboard KPIs and metrics.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and validate data accuracy before deployment.
• Process dashboard requests, bug fixes, and enhancements via the Jira ticket queue.
• Document work in Confluence and follow development/QA processes while communicating progress and risks.

What you'll need

• Total experience required: 6 to 10 years.
• 3+ years of Business Intelligence or Analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight for dashboard building with minimal training.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex analytical queries.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including AWS Athena, AWS Glue (crawlers/ETL), and AWS Lambda.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Forge in an Agile environment.
