Junior Data & AI Specialist

Overview

Support the Enterprise Data & Analytics team in building data pipelines, operationalizing data governance, and developing multi-agent and autonomous AI workflows.

What you'll do

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of automated ETL and ELT pipelines, building curated datasets and operational dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with senior team members, engineering groups, and cross-functional business stakeholders to document metadata, map data source structures, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data quality, metadata, and lineage standards while assisting in the deployment of artificial intelligence agents that monitor and enforce governance policies.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or artificial intelligence automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data profiling, automated data quality assessments, and foundational data modeling practices.
• Proven ability in writing and testing prompts, agent instructions, and orchestration logic using modern artificial intelligence services and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
