Overview

Junior Team Member - Manufacturing supports shop floor operations by following production plans, SOPs, and safety, EHS, and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Execute daily shop floor operations aligned with production schedules.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Handle and move materials safely within the chemical process plant.
• Comply with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality protocols.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality for operational support.

What you'll need

• Diploma in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Polymer Technology.
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in chemical or process manufacturing industries.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
