Knowledge Transfer (KT) PMO Analyst

Overview

The KT PMO Analyst coordinates and tracks transition and knowledge transfer planning and execution activities, supporting operational readiness across transition waves or business scopes.

What you'll do

• Maintain KT plans aligned with transition timelines and milestones.
• Define KT schedules and coordinate SME and participant availability.
• Track shadowing, reverse shadowing, documentation, and KT completion.
• Facilitate KT sessions and keep participants engaged and informed.
• Maintain readiness reports, dashboards, and governance updates.
• Coordinate documentation sign-off and track KT issues, risks, and gaps.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or knowledge management.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and tracking project activities.
• Ability to develop KT trackers, readiness dashboards, and governance reports.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting knowledge transfer in transition, shared services, or GBS/GCC environments.
• Exposure to transition planning, process documentation, and operational readiness activities.
• Familiarity with transition methodologies, KT frameworks, and stage-gate governance.
