Overview

Coordinate clinical publishing activities, preparing and delivering project-related documentation such as clinical investigator manuals and requisitions.

What you'll do

• Follow departmental procedures, work instructions, and guidelines.
• Complete required training within specified timelines.
• Complete daily tasks while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Create and modify clinical investigator manuals, requisitions, and related materials.
• Coordinate timely language translations for assigned project documents.
• Collaborate with peers and escalate issues when needed.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Science.
• Ability to organize and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions.
• Ability to use computers and departmental tools.
• Ability to work well with others and deliver consistent quality work.

Nice to have

• Six months of experience in clinical research and industry.
• Master’s degree in Science.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Work schedule: Rotational shift.
• General office setting with sustained monitor use.
• Overtime may be required.
