Large Language Model Architect

Overview

Architect large language models that can process and generate natural language, designing neural network parameters trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

What you'll do

• Design and structure advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text.
• Plan neural network configurations and manage extensive datasets to ensure models perform effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of model design with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the integration of models into broader applications.
• Document design decisions and model performance metrics to support knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in model development.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems and actively participate in team discussions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with neural network design and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with handling large-scale unlabeled text datasets for training purposes.
• Ability to implement and fine-tune complex model parameters to improve output quality.
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics and techniques to assess language model performance.
• 15 years full-time education.

Details

• Based at the Hyderabad office.
• Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
