What you'll do

• Architect and structure advanced LLMs for understanding and human-like text generation.
• Design neural network parameters for models trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
• Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure performance and scalability requirements are met.
• Lead evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance model capabilities.
• Analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 15 years of experience in large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in large language models (LLMs).
• Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Familiarity with distributed computing environments for large model training.
