Machine Learning Engineer

Overview

Senior Machine Learning Engineer role for Adobe Firefly’s Generative AI Services team, building scalable, high-performance generative AI systems and integrating them into Adobe products.

What you'll do

• Design and develop core GenAI services and APIs integrating generative models into Adobe products.
• Build ML workflows for enterprise-scale model customization, serving, and ecosystem integration.
• Collaborate with research and model developers on model inference strategies and productization.
• Develop and optimize GPU-accelerated training and inference pipelines with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Set technical direction and mentor other ML engineers.
• Foster innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of machine learning experience including production-scale deployments.
• 4+ years of experience leading large-scale, GPU-intensive GenAI systems (training, inference, optimization).
• Experience with GenAI frameworks and tools including PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, and Python.
• Good understanding of generative model architectures including diffusion models, transformers, and GANs.

Nice to have

• Experience with model serving, inference, orchestration, and GPU resource management in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, distributed systems, and MLOps platforms.
