Large Language Model Architect

Overview

Architect large language models that can process and generate natural language, designing neural network parameters and training them on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

What you'll do

• Design neural network parameters for large language models.
• Train models on extensive datasets of unlabeled text data.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Manage and lead the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in large language models.
• Continuously evaluate and improve model architectures based on performance metrics and user feedback.
• Analyze and interpret model outputs to drive improvements.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (must have).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
• Experience with training models on large datasets and optimizing performance.
• Familiarity with various machine learning frameworks and tools for model development.

• Based at the Bengaluru office.
