Vice President, Application Development Technology Lead Analyst focused on building scalable agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for critical banking use cases in Pune, India.
What you'll do
- Implement and deploy scalable agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks for banking use cases.
- Build full-stack applications integrating ML and LLM tools into AI solutions.
- Prototype and integrate new AI advancements, including agent-based and autonomous AI.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate and scale AI solutions.
- Write production code and validate architectural decisions through implementation.
- Deliver secure, reliable production deployments using cloud-native, container-first services.
- Design evaluation metrics to assess and continuously optimize agent and AI system performance.
What you'll need
- 12 to 15 years of deep hands-on experience in engineering and executing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Deep expertise in AI principles, agent-based systems, machine learning, and advanced software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python is essential.
- Proven experience implementing Generative AI use cases with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, including implementing LLMs with vector databases and RAG, plus tuning models.
- Experience with GenAIOps to put GenAI models into production and provide support.
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, and containerization with Docker.
