Lead Analyst - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization 4C

Overview

Lead a data engineering team delivering Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis, with ownership of technical design, build quality and delivery of the team's workstream.

What you'll do

• Independently lead a data engineering team delivering Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.
• Own the technical design, build quality, and delivery of the team's workstream with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the team.
• Lead the setup of data extraction pipelines with both out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors.
• Drive optimization of the performance of data pipelines.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Allocate work, review deliverables, and mentor data engineers within the team.
• Own code review standards, documentation, and adherence to build best practices.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities: Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.
• Required skills: Celonis Process Mining, Structured Query Language (SQL).
• Language: English, Advanced (C1).

• Qualifications listed: Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Master's in Data Science.
• Certifications listed: Certified Data Management Professional (Riversand); Data Analysis Certificate (SuperCode AI); IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere IIS DataStage Enterprise Edition v7.5 (IBM); Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (Microsoft); Tableau Desktop Specialist (Edureka).
