Overview

Sr. Process Mining Analyst at Genpact, working as an individual contributor to develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis as an individual contributor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Set up data extraction pipelines using both out-of-the-box connectors and custom connectors.
• Use Celonis ETL capabilities, including Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
• Create custom activities in Celonis using Vertica SQL.
• Optimize the performance of data pipelines.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Own individual deliverables end to end, from build through unit testing and handover.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Computer Science or Statistics, or Master's in Data Science.
• Strong working knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities.
• Strong experience setting up data extraction pipelines.
• Experience working with Vertica SQL.
• Experience optimizing the performance of data pipelines.
• Required skills: Celonis Process Mining and SQL Database Management Language.
• Required language: English, Advanced (C1).

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
