Finance Controls & Process Analyst / Snr

Overview

Lead global, complex, cross-functional projects covering process, system solutions and digital transformation, with a focus on finance controls and business analysis.

What you'll do

• Research, analyze and develop corporate policies, procedures, performance standards and process flow definitions.
• Collect, consolidate and develop user requirements specifications for large and complex computer system projects.
• Lead the evaluation of business problems and recommend new technologies, methodologies and equipment to achieve major innovating improvements.
• Provide project management for process improvement and system enhancements to meet project objectives.
• Independently lead global, complex and cross-functional projects for process, system solutions/enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication.

What you'll need

• Key competencies in process, business analysis and project management.
• Payment and finance related knowledge or expertise.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, data analysis, documentation and effective project management.
• Familiarity with digital transformation tools or new initiatives (e.g. SQL, PBI, data analytics, RPA, process automation).
• Adopt business thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
• Self-driven, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Analytical, numerical, presentation, interpersonal, judgement and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Lean-Six Sigma, Agile or PPM certification.
• Domain experience preferred in business performance, data analytics, PBI/SQL tools and financial services.
