S2P Digital Process Specialist

Overview

Support the development, execution and transformation of Sanofi's Source to Pay (S2P) strategy, ensuring the success of S2P initiatives involving Hyderabad S2P Global Service Delivery and governing S2P processes in BPO and Hyderabad service delivery.

What you'll do

• Provide input to GPL on improvement in S2P and promote standardized, harmonized ways of working in BPO aligned to the Core Model.
• Support Core Model deployment in regions, monitor Core Model gaps, and review and propose changes to Core Model design documents.
• Recommend change requests and exceptions to the Core Model for approval or rejection.
• Contribute to updating desktop procedures and processing documentation.
• Support launches and use of digital solutions and new process technologies (e.g., Coupa Module, Concur, SAP, Agentic AI).
• Work closely with Global Process Lead to improve core model process and feedback improvement.
• Identify market trends, benchmarks and best-in-class solutions to improve operational processes.
• Provide options to improve solution usage, user experience and automation as part of continuous improvement.
• Design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and enhance operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and technology-driven solutions through data analytics and dashboard development.
• Assist in executing core model improvement initiatives and contribute to project timelines, risks, issues and escalations.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and follow the continuous improvement process; inform stakeholders about process changes and benefits.
• Support S2P quality initiatives.
• Manage BPO to ensure service delivery, Core Model adherence and compliance; handle escalations from business and provide guidance to BPO.
• Resolve BPO challenges and share insight with neighbouring partners to avoid similar challenges.
• Involve stakeholders in project governance, incident, request and process resolution; provide process expertise ad hoc or in stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure internal control and compliance requirements are embedded in process designs.
• Work with GPL to contribute to KPI/DQI/metrics definition, support KPI implementation in regions, and monitor and review BPO reporting performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or similar degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay process ownership role.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, standardization and change management.
• Strong understanding of S2P processes at scale in a global context.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, Basic SQL and Python for data analysis, reporting and process improvements.
• Experience in data analytics and dashboard development.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker able to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Effective communicator able to influence and drive adoption of standardized S2P processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Additional certifications in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience implementing source-to-pay technology solutions (e.g., e-procurement, spend analytics).
• International experience working with diverse cultures and global teams.
• Experience working with and managing BPO towards meeting KPIs and process improvement.

• Location: Hyderabad.
• Ability to travel when required, approximately 10% of the time.
