Lead Blockchain Engineer – Vice President, Software Engineering

Overview

Lead blockchain engineering for Wealth Management Technology, building secure, scalable, and regulation-compliant solutions for digital assets, tokenization, and decentralized finance.

What you'll do

• Define the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
• Oversee blockchain solution design, architecture, and implementation.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams on technical requirements.
• Evaluate and integrate blockchain protocols including Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, and Canton.
• Manage release lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and production reliability.
• Enforce code quality, testing, and security practices.
• Monitor digital-asset industry trends, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain and tokenization.
• 5+ years in an engineering leadership role managing distributed teams.
• Knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.
• Experience with Solidity, Rust, Go, or similar blockchain-development languages.
• Familiarity with wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.
• Experience with token standards and on/off-chain settlement workflows.
