Lead Business Analyst 4D

Overview

Lead Business Analyst role supporting Accounts Payable IT, partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

What you'll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and joint application design (JAD) sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Work with the integration team to document integration and data model requirements.
• Support creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize business processes and system interactions.
• Manage and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in testing activities, including developing test cases, performing UAT, and validating system functionality.
• Analyze and document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes.
• Contribute to change management, training, and post-implementation support activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals (IARCP).
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Business Analysis, Business Reporting, Capital Markets, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Healthcare Business, Inclusion, Insurance, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, Storytelling.
• English language proficiency at Advanced level (C1), required.
