Lead Consultant - SAP S/4HANA – IT Product Expert – Asset Maintenance

Overview

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Asset Maintenance solution design for a global ERP transformation. Own the global template, governance, integration, deployment support and compliance for regulated manufacturing environments.

What you'll do

• Own SAP S/4HANA Asset Maintenance solution design and global standard processes.
• Translate business requirements into fit-to-standard SAP design decisions.
• Define integration across Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, EHS, Master Data and Reporting.
• Govern Asset Maintenance master data, documentation, testing and validation.
• Assess localisation and site requirements while protecting the global template.
• Support build, data migration, cutover, launch and hypercare activities.
• Track delivery plans, risks, issues, dependencies and programme reporting.

What you'll need

• Solid Asset Maintenance, Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance Operations knowledge in regulated manufacturing.
• Recognised SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or Enterprise Asset Management expertise.
• Experience shaping sophisticated SAP solution designs in large ERP transformations.
• Understanding of S/4HANA integration across adjacent business capabilities.
• Experience governing global process, data and solution templates.
• Knowledge of GxP, validation, data integrity and change control.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and matrix-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management certification or willingness to complete it.
• Experience with global S/4HANA implementations from design through hypercare.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance, IoT, analytics, AI or connected-worker solutions.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics for maintenance teams.

• Hybrid office arrangement with an average minimum of three days per week in the office.
