Lead Data Scientist 4D

Overview

Lead the design and maintenance of scalable enterprise data, analytics, and AI solutions across Finance, Commercial, R&D, Labs, and Innovation functions. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver architecture aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop scalable and standardized architecture patterns across business functions.
• Provide architectural oversight across delivery initiatives.
• Review and validate high-level and reference architectures.
• Generate, iterate, and review HLDs and LLDs.
• Own key architectural decisions in alignment with the Architecture Review Board.
• Lead tooling, modeling, and pattern assessments for data, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Previous experience as a Solution Architect or Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge of solution and platform architecture frameworks.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, SQL, and ADF.
• Understanding of generative and agentic AI architecture concepts.
• Experience building enterprise architectures that scale and adapt.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and data lake technologies.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
