Lead Developer

Overview

Lead software development teams and serve as a primary client contact, translating business needs into technical solutions and guiding delivery from ideation through production.

What you'll do

• Guide and coach software development teams.
• Collaborate and negotiate with clients to establish technical visions.
• Design solutions and select technologies within project constraints.
• Apply TDD, pair programming, design patterns, and continuous delivery practices.
• Build and deploy software using DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Code alongside developers across the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor less experienced peers and foster feedback within teams.

What you'll need

• 10–15 years of experience with Python, React, and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, Langraph, and LLMs.
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, and/or Continuous approaches.
• Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience influencing others and advocating for technical excellence.
• Ability to translate business needs into software requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute a technical vision focused on business value.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes cloud technologies.
• Interest in functional programming, event-driven architecture, or platform engineering.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Onsite work may be required at the company or client office five days per week.
