Lead Developer:Java+React+Azure

Overview

Lead Developer (Java + React + Azure) who acts as a primary contact for clients and leads teams to deliver successful software consulting and delivery.

What you'll do

• Champion best practices such as clean, reusable code, TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Oversee or participate in the full consulting-to-delivery cycle from ideation to production evolution.
• Use and advocate continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and customer value early.
• Design solutions and choose technologies within constraints while making pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Collaborate to build features, design concepts, and interactive prototypes with UX specifications embedded.
• Utilize DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy software and advocate shifting security left.
• Code alongside developers and guide/coaching teams in their implementation.

What you'll need

• Have 9 to 15 years of experience.
• Be well-versed in Java, React, and Azure.
• Lead software development teams using Agile, Lean and/or Continuous delivery approaches.
• Have knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
• Have the ability to translate business needs to software requirements.
• Be able to develop and execute a technical vision focused on business value.
• Bridge product and technology and influence others toward technical excellence.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Onsite work may be required for all five working days of the week depending on business or client needs.
