Lead Software Engineer - Fullstack Dotnet

Overview

Lead full-stack Software Engineer (Dotnet) responsible for ownership across the product lifecycle, bridging technical execution with people leadership for agile delivery.

What you'll do

• Spearhead functional specifications, user stories, epics, and high-level designs for scalable web and cloud-native platforms.
• Lead and mentor a scrum team of 2 to 5 engineers and drive continuous agile improvements.
• Own technical project management tasks such as effort estimation, deliverables, and proactive resolution of system-wide issues.
• Contribute hands-on by writing code, performing reviews, and resolving complex design dependencies.
• Partner with architecture and cross-functional teams to align execution with long-term organizational strategies.

What you'll need

• Around 7 to 10 years of software development experience.
• At least 2 years operating in a technical lead capacity.
• Full-stack web development expertise with a strong preference for C# .NET Web API, React JS, and deep SQL knowledge.
• Hands-on cloud development background with Azure preferred and AWS experience highly valued.
• Experience building secure, reliable applications and working with API consumption plus JSON and XML.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with agile execution, project planning, resource mapping, and status reporting.
