What you'll do

• Build AI-powered internal tools from concept through production.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows with AI.
• Design intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into product and technical solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Own execution from idea generation through deployment and iteration.

What you'll need

• Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development.
• Strong programming fundamentals.
• Experience building and shipping production software, AI applications, or automation systems.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.
