What you'll do

• Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
• Perform mechanical engineering work across all products.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline.
• Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
• Propose different solutions outside of set parameters, with guidance.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members.

What you'll need

• Advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology and Mechanical Component field (for roles outside the USA).
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Aviation Engines or Turbo machinery Engineering position (design, analysis, systems, services).

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
• Established project management skills.
