Lead Engineering Manufacturing Security

Overview

Lead the operational execution of an OT Zero Trust remote access security program and support network segmentation across manufacturing sites. Deploy approved controls, retire legacy access methods, and remediate uncontrolled third-party access.

What you'll do

• Deploy and configure Zero Trust remote access architecture for OT environments.
• Assess vendor remote access at assigned manufacturing sites.
• Identify and remediate unauthorized or uncontrolled remote connections.
• Implement OT network segmentation changes for remote access zones and vendor access DMZs.
• Coordinate network changes with site engineers and the DIS network team.
• Manage vendor remote access onboarding and authorization processes.
• Maintain remote access architecture and vendor access documentation.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in OT security, network security, or remote access engineering.
• Hands-on experience with ZTNA or SASE solutions such as Zscaler Private Access or Palo Alto Prisma Access.
• Experience configuring connectors, access policies, identity-provider integrations, and split tunneling.
• Working knowledge of OT/ICS vendor remote access patterns and tools.
• Ability to remediate unauthorized remote access without disrupting production.
• Familiarity with Purdue Model, ISA-95 segmentation, DMZs, firewall policy, NAT, logging, and session monitoring.

• Reports to the Senior Director, Cyber Security and Enterprise Identity.
