Overview

OT Security Engineer (Level 2) designing and delivering project-driven OT cybersecurity solutions to keep pharmaceutical manufacturing secure, reliable, and compliant.

What you'll do

• Provide IT and OT security expertise for secure manufacturing and laboratory environments.
• Collaborate to identify and assess cyber risks to OT systems and implement mitigations.
• Review and propose shop-floor and lab-floor firewall rules balancing usability and security.
• Create and approve IT infrastructure designs for new OT projects aligned to OT security standards.
• Educate technical teams on OT complexities and how OT differs from traditional IT.
• Prepare and deliver project briefings to technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing and operating IT/OT cybersecurity controls for critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience reviewing and approving firewall rules for segmented network zones.
• Experience reviewing and ensuring security/resiliency of real-time shop-floor and laboratory system designs.
• Understanding of OT network architecture and segmentation (e.g., Purdue Model, iDMZ, Zones and Conduits).
