EHS Senior Engineer

Overview

EHS Senior Engineer responsible for implementing safety, environment, and sustainability initiatives at a manufacturing site.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and implement site safety and environment initiatives.
• Ensure safety, environment, and sustainability measures are in place.
• Administer policies, guidelines, and internal standards for compliance with legal requirements.
• Oversee inspection and testing of firefighting and safety equipment and conduct mock/fire drills.
• Develop safety improvement roadmaps for areas including LOTO, confined space, machine guarding, electrical safety, and chemical safety.
• Implement and document ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and support internal/external audits.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environment, Health, & Safety.
• Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) is preferable.
• Hands-on experience dealing with external agencies such as MPCB and government stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.
