Lead Implementation Consultant

Overview

Lead the implementation of Motive's hardware and software for some of the company's most impactful customers, most of them Fortune 500 enterprises, acting as the primary point of contact during each client's implementation phase.

What you'll do

• Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the customer implementation program.
• Own the implementation process for assigned accounts, including successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
• Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all assigned accounts.
• Monitor client progress and activities to ensure adoption across all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule.
• Host virtual or in-person sessions for customers.
• Provide guidance on developing and executing world-class change management programs.
• Act as an expert on Motive products and guide customers on the best utilization of the system and a smooth initial setup.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders, up to and including the executive level.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a related role in a B2B capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
• PMP Certification.

Details

• Location: United States, remote.
• Travel to customer on-sites as needed (approximately 40%).
• Some interviews or new-hire training sessions may be held in person at one of Motive's global offices.
• Candidates may be required to execute a non-compete covenant, depending on role and primary work location; this does not apply to lawyers, interns, or employees in CA, MN, MT, ND, OK, or where otherwise prohibited by law.
• The applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
