Lead Information Security Engineer

Overview

Lead Information Security Engineer responsible for incident response leadership, security investigations, and designing/maintaining complex security solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead computer security incident response activities for highly complex events.
• Conduct technical investigations and post-incident digital forensics to identify causes and mitigation strategies.
• Provide security consulting on large projects to ensure alignment with corporate information security policies and standards.
• Design, document, test, maintain, and recommend issue resolutions for complex security solutions across multiple domains.
• Review and correlate security logs.
• Identify vulnerabilities, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives.
• Collaborate and influence professionals across levels and lead a team to achieve objectives.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, education).
• Experience in Information Security Engineering (or equivalent via work experience, training, military experience, education).
• Experience with IBM Security Guardium Administration (database auditing and administration).
• Audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management experience.
• Scripting experience using Windows PowerShell, Unix Shell Scripting, Perl, Python, Java, or PL-SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience designing and managing Splunk dashboards, reports, lookup tables, and KV stores.
