Global Lead – Compliance (Workspace & Facilities)

Overview

The Global Lead – Compliance (Workspace & Facilities) drives end-to-end compliance, governance, and risk management across all InMobi Group office locations globally.

What you'll do

• Drive compliance across global offices in line with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Establish and standardize global compliance frameworks for workspace and facilities operations.
• Lead end-to-end ISO and global compliance audits (internal and external) and manage audit readiness and closure of observations.
• Oversee workplace safety and security compliance for systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire safety.
• Lead compliance for facility vendors, security partners, and service providers globally, including SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Identify compliance risks, lead investigations/resolutions of breaches, and track incidents and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure workplace compliance for data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) within workplace systems and coordinate with InfoSec.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in global compliance, facilities, or governance roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in ISO standards, audits, GDPR, and workplace compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience managing multi-country operations and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
