Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Overview

Senior Manager, Software Engineering responsible for long-term strategic and technical contributions, including planning, hiring, and prioritizing engineering projects.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic planning and execution for engineering initiatives.
• Develop new products by identifying requirements and executing to release.
• Oversee end-to-end development activities while monitoring reliability and performance of internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations while managing software development projects.
• Design strategies for future development projects based on company objectives and resource availability.
• Provide technical oversight and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
• Improve development processes and build onboarding and mentoring programs for engineers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of engineering experience delivering complex enterprise-class software.
• Recent experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and managing teams.
• Understanding of how to operate in a DevOps model.
• System design and architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of data structures and programming.
• Solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle.
