UC Operations Engineer – MS Teams & Devices

Overview

L3 Unified Communications & Device Operations Engineer supporting enterprise communication platforms and end-user devices, including Microsoft Teams.

What you'll do

• Manage and support the Microsoft Teams platform (TCQ, Whiteboard, rollouts, and configurations).
• Support and troubleshoot endpoint devices such as desk phones, conference room phones, and collaboration hardware.
• Troubleshoot personal devices including headsets, speakerphones, and peripheral devices.
• Drive operational support for a global user base to maintain service availability and user experience.
• Perform proactive monitoring to identify and resolve issues and minimize service disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies for communication and device services.
• Support feature rollouts, updates, and platform enhancements for Teams and associated devices.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and UC platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Ability to maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Use PowerShell scripting and standard tools to automate and optimize tasks.
• Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
