MS Engineer L1 VC support

Overview

MS Engineer L1 VC support (Collaboration Managed Services Engineer L1) provides first-line support to keep clients’ Collaboration, Contact Centre and Voice systems running.

What you'll do

• Monitor private and public cloud infrastructure to keep services running.
• Identify problems early and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
• Investigate incidents to find root causes and restore services.
• Execute approved maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes.
• Provide telephonic or chat support to clients when needed.
• Update or create knowledge articles and support process optimization to reduce incidents.
• Coordinate shift handovers with clear communication across teams.

What you'll need

• Basic troubleshooting skills and knowledge in network, voice, collaboration, and contact centre services.
• Ability to triage client cases and document severity, impact, and key information.
• Active listening techniques to confirm understanding and gather relevant information.
• Strong communication skills to work across different cultures and social groups.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to put in extra hours when necessary.
• Diploma/bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or equivalent experience).
