Overview

Tech Lead for Software Development Engineering focused on enterprise Windows server administration and automation. Own operational support including incident resolution, server lifecycle activities, security remediation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Administer and support Windows Server environments across production, test, and development platforms.
• Handle server provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Develop and optimize PowerShell scripts to automate routine operational tasks.
• Run monthly vulnerability remediation and security compliance initiatives.
• Automate operational processes like server validation, service monitoring, disk management, compliance reporting, and patch deployment.
• Collaborate with application teams during maintenance windows, deployments, upgrades, and incidents.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident response.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation expertise.
• Experience managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and management tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment when required.
