Manager- Site Reliability Engineering

Overview

Manager, Site Reliability Engineering to lead SRE teams and drive reliability, security, and incident remediation for production systems.

What you'll do

• Mentor, manage, and lead a team of SREs.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen security posture for critical infrastructure.
• Respond to production incidents and drive remediation while preventing recurrences.
• Triaging and troubleshoot complex production issues for reliability and performance.
• Work with stakeholders to align capabilities across reliability, security, and delivery velocity.
• Monitor metrics including vulnerability scanning, security posture, cloud spend, RPO/RTO, and toil overhead.
• Support a 24x7 online environment via an on-call rotation.

What you'll need

• 4+ years managing SRE or SWE teams, ideally in a cloud native environment.
• Experience managing teams running large-scale production Java/Tomcat and containerized services in AWS (EC2, ECS, KMS, Kinesis, RDS) or other cloud providers.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD principles, Linux fundamentals, OS hardening, networking concepts, and IP protocols.
• 13+ years strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong security background and knowledge.
• BS in computer science (or equivalent experience).
