Lead Information Security Engineer - IAM (Java Full Stack Developer)

Overview

Lead IAM security engineering for identity and access management lifecycle capabilities. The role is an individual contributor responsible for deploying, engineering, maintaining, and supporting IAM tools and systems.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, implement, and troubleshoot IAM services.
• Document IAM runbooks, playbooks, and administration tasks.
• Integrate applications with the IAM platform and resolve runtime issues.
• Provide Level 3 support for IAM issues and delegate tasks to Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams.
• Automate workflows, rule tuning, and reporting through scripting and APIs.
• Manage production changes according to organizational policies.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack development and deployment.
• Strong Java, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
• Experience with back-end technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience integrating AuthN and AuthZ, and onboarding connector types including Active Directory, JDBC, Web Services, SCIM 2.0, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience customizing SailPoint with Java, including workflows, rules, connectors, and plugins.
• Understanding of IAM programs, Agile methodologies, and security policy, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with CyberArk, Ping, Okta, or RSA SecurID.
