Lead Information Security Engineer- PAM

Overview

Lead the architecture, engineering, and operational support of enterprise CyberArk privileged access management (PAM) solutions. The role covers privileged access, credential and secrets management, integrations, automation, cloud platforms, and identity ecosystems.

What you'll do

• Lead CyberArk architecture, engineering, and operational support across PAM components.
• Design and implement privileged access, credential management, and secrets management solutions.
• Drive onboarding of privileged accounts, applications, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, threat mitigation, and remediation.
• Develop integrations, plugins, connectors, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, patching, disaster recovery testing, and optimization.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for enterprise PAM programs.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience with CyberArk implementation, administration, and engineering in large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in CyberArk PAS components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, AAM, PTA, DR, and Alero.
• Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with credential management, secrets management, and PAM architecture.
• Automation and scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Java.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• CyberArk certifications such as CCD, CDE, CCS, or equivalent.
