Lead Machine Learning Engineer (AI/ML), ITC

Overview

Lead AI/ML Engineer responsible for end-to-end delivery of machine learning and generative AI solutions that impact Nike’s business.

What you'll do

• Own AI/ML projects end-to-end from conception through operationalization.
• Influence machine learning and generative AI solution development for corporate functions.
• Design and implement scalable applications leveraging prediction models and optimization programs.
• Contribute to advanced analytics, ML, and generative AI platforms and tools for model development.
• Set technical direction, provide vision and guidance, and raise engineering quality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering peers to deliver solutions.

What you'll need

• Experience in Python.
• Strong background in algorithms and data structures.
• Hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience with database technology such as Postgres and Redis.
• Experience with data processing technologies such as SageMaker or Databricks.
• Demonstrable history of team leadership and value delivery.
• Comfort working in an agile product model and influencing technical strategy.
