Lead Product Designer

Overview

Lead product design for strategic initiatives, delivering end-to-end web and mobile experiences that address customer needs and drive measurable value.

What you'll do

• Lead large, ambiguous projects from strategy through delivery.
• Ship high-impact designs that create customer and business value.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on strategy, planning, and execution.
• Engage customers to understand needs and validate designs.
• Use customer feedback to inform product strategy.
• Mentor designers and contribute to shaping the design team’s culture.
• Champion the company’s cultural principles as it scales globally.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Experience designing UX/UI for web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in interaction and visual design.
• A strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating design craft and quantified user impact.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Cursor or Figma Make.
• Experience influencing strategy and shipping impactful work.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional partners.

Details

• Remote role open to candidates residing in Canada.
• Annual base salary: CAD 151,300–195,800.
• Full-time position.
