What you’ll do

• Secure HighLevel’s products, platforms, and AI-powered capabilities.
• Build and scale Application Security practices.
• Drive security initiatives for AI-enabled products.
• Embed security across every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Influence secure architecture decisions and define security direction across engineering.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering.
• Hands-on technical leadership experience in application security.
• Ability to work with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and AI teams.
• Experience influencing or defining secure architecture decisions.
