Lead SOC Consultant

Overview

Lead SOC Consultant providing technology consulting, technical support, and/or leadership for solutions that meet customers’ business needs. Acts as a trusted advisor to build customer relationships and contribute to solution strategy and business opportunities.

What you'll do

• Implement part or all of a client’s technical solution based on an agreed technical design.
• Provide and/or lead technical designs for enterprise solutions and integration activities.
• Lead small to medium technical projects and collaborate with project/technical managers and customer representatives.
• Provide planning and design support for solution architectures in multi-system environments.
• Communicate across the client community and contribute to knowledge documentation and sharing.
• Support pre-sales activities, including participation in the selling process and proposal inputs.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional experience (or 8+ years total without a degree).
• Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area (or additional relevant experience if no degree).
• Ability to design and scope deliverables within an area of expertise.
• Experience leading small teams in delivery of a specific deliverable.
• Strong technical knowledge across at least three major technology areas and advanced functional/business knowledge.
• Ability to communicate complex issues and conduct/lead technical interchange/status meetings with clients.

• Hybrid role: average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
