Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead a hybrid engineering role in Hyderabad building enterprise applications, workflow automation and integrations on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

What you'll do

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps.
• Build scalable workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Implement business rules, validation logic, and secure data models in Dataverse.
• Extend and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Platform tools.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and custom connectors.
• Support integration flows across mobile, web platforms, Dynamics orchestration, and core banking systems.
• Create custom plug-ins in C#/.NET for advanced logic.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD/OAuth.
• Apply role-based access control and enterprise governance standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to solution architecture decisions.
• Build model-driven and canvas apps integrated with backend systems, supporting onboarding, deposits, transactions, and internal operations.
• Automate customer onboarding, deposit processing, case management, notifications, and approval flows, optimising for reliability and performance.
• Create and manage Dataverse data entities, relationships, and validation logic, maintaining secure and compliant data handling.
• Connect digital platforms with Dynamics 365 and Temenos Transact.
• Write C#/.NET plug-ins and JavaScript for advanced customisations.
