Overview

Lead Software Engineer responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and delivering scalable full-stack SaaS applications with a strong React/TypeScript and Node/Java focus. You’ll provide technical leadership while staying hands-on in development.

What you'll do

• Lead architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications.
• Build reusable React/TypeScript UI components, hooks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Design and develop scalable Node.js REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate on microservices, event-driven, cloud-native, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture decisions.
• Drive engineering best practices for coding, testing, CI/CD, observability, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.
• Mentor engineers and lead POCs to evaluate new technologies.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Java, including REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience with React Hooks, Redux, and React Router plus reusable component development.
• HTML5/CSS skills including styled-components or Emotion.
• Unit/integration test experience using Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
