Lead Solution Architect - F&A

Overview

Lead Solution Architect for the F&A (Finance & Accounting) domain, responsible for designing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade architecture solutions across F&A.
• Analyze complex financial processes and systems to find optimization, automation, and innovation opportunities.
• Develop advanced financial models and frameworks for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, technology, and analytics stakeholders to integrate solutions into enterprise initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend financial technologies, tools, and platforms for reporting, forecasting, and insights.
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to solution teams to ensure architectural consistency and delivery readiness.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Master’s degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Certifications: CFA, CMA, or CPA.
• Experience with commercial modeling, forecasting, and finance.
• Skills in data analytics and data visualization.
• People leadership and strategic advisory responsibilities.
• English language proficiency (Required, C2).
