Overview

Lead Specialist - Strategic Projects at Aptia Group, working across the People function to deliver the organisation's strategic objectives and implement key People Plan initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage projects to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support management of CPO budgets, including commercial contracts across the function.
• Manage and report on the project portfolio.
• Support CPO governance and budget planning and tracking on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Implement key initiatives against the People Plan.

What you'll need

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience managing projects and delivering successful outcomes.
• Demonstrable success building good relationships and partnerships with key influencers across the organisation.
• Adept in communication and able to synthesise and frame information for different audiences in actionable ways.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Ability to problem solve and build relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to analyse, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations.
• Organised and self-directing, with ability to prioritise workload, self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Active listening skills with the ability to articulate stakeholder positioning in actionable ways.
• Comfort with numbers and some experience managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, macros, and Smartsheet.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• MBA in HR.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing global projects.
• Consulting experience.
